Definition of Artwork

The Creative Partner shall create, develop, and deliver to the Company works of creative content ("Artwork"), in accordance with the specifications and guidelines provided by the Company.

Ownership of Artwork

Summary: TabletopTown does not own your artwork, you retain all rights to your creativity

The Company acknowledges that all right, title, and interest in the Artwork, including all intellectual property rights therein, shall remain in ownership exclusively by the Creative Partner.

Artwork is proprietary, owned in full by the Creative Partner, and may not be used by TabletopTown for any purpose beyond placement in the Marketplace.

Artwork Usage

Summary: TabletopTown will not edit or modify your work except to format; metadata may be lost in this process, but will not be deliberately deleted

Artwork removed from the Marketplace will not be deleted from users’ libraries

The Creative Partner and Company agree to use the Artwork in compliance with all applicable laws. TabletopTown expressly reserves all rights not specifically granted in this Agreement.

The Artwork may not be altered in any way other than formatting, including resizing and file type conversion. Identifying information on the Artwork may not be removed without written permission. This includes, but is not limited to, the title of the Artwork, author's name, copyright notice, website address, and contact information. This does not include Artwork metadata, which may be subject to removal for the purposes of file storage, location privacy, or other not specified reasons.

Artwork may be removed at the request of the Creative Partner at any time and may take up to two development cycles (28 days) for Company to complete and push live. Artwork removal will not affect Creative Partner’s standing with the Company in any way. Artwork that has been purchased by TabletopTown players and game masters (”Members”) will remain in the Member’s personal library for continued use.

The Company reserves the right to deny or remove any Artwork that directly violates the TabletopTown Code of Respect, as laid out in the Appendix I, at any time.

Intellectual Property Violations

Summary: We do not tolerate stealing artwork

If a Creative Partner or Member suspects plagiarism of their intellectual property (”IP"), a claim can be filed by the creator of the property and TabletopTown will proceed with investigations per governing IP laws.
