Storage of Data

Summary: We store necessary information and can’t delete data that is shared, i.e. messages and uploaded content

TabletopTown reserves the right to store data, including user information, uploaded artwork, and messages, for as long as necessary to provide its services to users. User data may be used to improve the app and better understand user behavior, but will not be shared with third parties except as required by law or as necessary to provide the app's services. Users may request deletion of their data by contacting Tabletop.Town/support. TabletopTown will take reasonable steps to securely dispose of user data upon request or when it is no longer necessary for the app's services.

Shared data, including messages and uploaded assets that remain in use may not be deleted. Any identifying information related to these messages and assets will be anonymized where possible.
