TabletopTown Data Sharing Policy (Appendix V)

Summary: We may have to share your data to Creative Partners or 3rd party apps, but we will always tell you who, what, when, where, why, and how; your data is your own

At TabletopTown, we understand the importance of protecting the privacy of our community members. We are committed to ensuring that personal data is handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws and regulations, and with the highest standards of ethical conduct.

We do not share identifying personal data with third-party apps or services without explicit consent from the user. We believe that users should have control over their own personal data and should be able to make informed decisions about how it is shared.

Creative Partners who work with TabletopTown may have access to some personal information in order to fulfill their duties. This information is shared on a need-to-know basis only and is strictly limited to what is necessary to complete the task. We require that all Creative Partners who have access to user data agree to confidentiality, and we monitor their compliance with this agreement.

TabletopTown reserves the right to share non-identifying data with third-party services for the purpose of improving our platform and services. This data will be anonymized and aggregated to protect the privacy of our users, and will not be used to identify individual users.

We take the security of user data very seriously and have implemented appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction of personal data. We regularly review and update our security measures to ensure that they are effective and up-to-date.

If you have any concerns about the sharing of your personal data, please contact TabletopTown staff immediately. We are committed to addressing any concerns or questions that you may have and to working with you to find a solution that meets your needs.

Thank you for your trust in TabletopTown.
